Canopies

Badger Docks’ custom-built canopy and dock.

You can see that our canopy frames are solid structures. Your boat is protected from wind and rain damage.
Canopy Colors
Check with your lake district for the appropriate color regulations as many are now requiring earth tone canopy colors. |
Our Canopies Keep
Your Boat
Clean & Neat.
Canopies come in three standard colors with custom colors available upon request. Canopies are typically sized two feet larger then the boat or pontoon too is stored under the canopy. Frames are positioned on your lift after the balance point of the boat or pontoon is located. This assures coverage over your boat or pontoon for complete protection. Cross bracing ever two feet with one center support added for additional strength is the backbone of your canopy frame.
Canopies are typically installed after your lift is in the water by spreading the tarp out upon the dock and using the boat or pontoon for access of all corners.
When installing start by pulling the tarp onto the frame and fitting one corner over the frame then pulling the tarp tight as you go. On the tarp there is three ties down the center to tie off to hold the tarp in place as you fit it on. Once the tarp is positioned on canopy frame string the rope through canopy eyelets and around the bottom rail of the frame. Tighten as you go and you are set to enjoy the convenience of your boat or pontoon lift.
